Karivelle starts the day with twelve orders and one flat tyre. She fixes the tyre, loads the basket and sets out along the coast road. The first six deliveries are normal: a birthday, a sorry, an anniversary, two hospital rooms and a dog.
Episode 2
Delivery seven is addressed to her. Yellow roses, no sender, one line on the card: meet me where you dropped the oranges. She dropped a bag of oranges once, three summers ago, in front of the bakery. Someone picked them up.
Episode 3
She goes to the bakery. The baker remembers the oranges and the young man who chased them down the hill. He also remembers that the young man came back every Sunday for a year, hoping she would drop something again.
Episode 4
Deliveries eight to eleven take her across the island, and every client seems to know something. A fisherman, a teacher, an old lady with a parrot. Each one gives her a small piece of the same story and a smile she does not understand yet.
Episode 5
Delivery twelve is the lighthouse café. The order is for one bunch of sunflowers. The man waiting there has an orange in his hand and the worst poker face on the island.
Episode 6
